  Brought in a VHS tape to have converted to a DVD as a Christmas gift. The clerk asked me to put a deposit down because they'd recently had a customer not come back to get a VHS to DVD conversion, so I put a $10.00 deposit down. I received a call from Postal Plus a week later stating the VHS tape was blank. I found this odd, but came in to pick up the "blank" tape. I retrieved the tape and then asked for my deposit back. The clerk said I'd only receive $1 and a few cents back because of the cost of sending the tape out to be converted. After some haggling, they only agreed to give me $5.00 back. I was disgusted by this point and just took my $5 bucks and left. I went directly to a friend's house (who still had a VCR), put the tape in and hit play. Guess what?? Not blank.

  The ladies in POSTAL PLUS are ALWAYS so helpful with everything!!!! They always greet me with a smile and a comment. Always a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommended! I would much rather give my business and money to them and support the small business and local community than the bigger corporations.

  Everytime I go in here the ladies the work here are super helpful and friendly. They help me select the proper sizing packages and provide tape and such for no charge. I use them often and like the personable service.
